Why Origina

AI assets need a record that stays with the relationship.

A dataset, model or agent can move between organizations while its ownership, evidence, permissions and commercial history remain scattered. Origina Cloud brings that context together through infrastructure for Identity • Trust • Licensing • Royalties.

Our purpose

Make the AI asset lifecycle accountable.

Discovery is only the beginning. Teams also need to understand what they are evaluating, who can grant rights, what use is permitted and what happens after access is approved. Origina’s purpose is to keep those decisions connected, from the asset’s identity to its commercial record.

Providers can keep their hosting and customer relationships. Buyers can keep their applications and procurement processes. Origina supplies the shared record around the exchange, alongside existing infrastructure.

01 / Identity

Know what is being used.

Connect an asset, its exact release and the organization responsible for it to a durable record.

02 / Trust

Understand the evidence.

Keep provenance, documentation and verification context close to the asset. Evidence supports a decision; it does not replace legal or technical review.

03 / Licensing

Make permission explicit.

Connect permitted uses, restrictions and approved access to the release being licensed. Providers retain responsibility for the rights they grant.

04 / Royalties

Connect activity to obligations.

Keep observable usage and commercial terms connected so royalty statements and commercial records can be reviewed.

Different teams. A shared commercial context.

Asset providers

Establish an asset’s identity, attach evidence, define rights and keep approved access connected to commercial records.

Buyers and procurement teams

Evaluate a specific release, inspect its evidence, agree permitted use and retain the context behind an acquisition.

Developers and AI teams

Connect applications to asset records, permission checks and authorized delivery through supported integration paths.

From evaluation to an accountable exchange.

For example, a provider registers a dataset release with provenance and rights information. A buyer reviews that evidence and requests a licence. Once approved, delivery follows the agreed permissions. The record connects the release, licence, authorized delivery and any observable usage to the resulting commercial obligations.

  3. 3Agree rights
  4. 4Authorize delivery
  5. 5Record activity

Illustrative workflow. Origina can record gateway-mediated activity; subsequent use of a downloaded copy may occur outside its visibility.

Accountable infrastructure for agent workflows.

The gateway, SDK and assistant provide agent-facing integration paths. Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a core integration requirement: an AI application’s MCP client can connect to a server interface for asset discovery, permitted provenance and trust information, licensing actions and authorized delivery. Every action still needs appropriate permission.

Confirm the supported MCP connection, operations and client interoperability for the intended deployment. Implemented agent-facing capabilities alone do not verify a production MCP endpoint.
